We had a short stop at Echuca and it was frezing cold. The caravan park was well set up with full slabs and great facilities. Star 4 nights and the 5th is free. ($140). We had all variations of weather but we did manage to wash. Post floods, some businesses have reopened but generally speaking, the town is looking sad. You can really feel for the residents waiting the recovery and rebuild of their homes. Met Dianne and Kevin who are flood victims waiting out their time in the CP. They are both very positive and our thoughts remain with them.
