Our drive along highway 1 took us all the way to Campbell Town for a stopover at their RV Camp. It was an easy free registration over the internet. We followed most of the Red Brick convict trail around town and surprise surprise, we managed to find a bakery for lunch. The four arch convict bridge and wood tree carvings were great to see and read about. The ice cream and Lolly shop was in our path back to the Knaus House, so we had the hugest double scoop in a cup that we have ever seen.
